• Supporters' names and addresses are requested to allow us to deliver tax receipts as necessary
• Tax receipts will automatically be issued for pledges of $20 or more (emailed or mailed based on preference)
• If paying by cheque, please make it payable to "Alzheimer Society of Toronto" and indicate "Gibbs Walk" as memo
• Please send cheques directly to:  20 Eglinton Avenue West, 16th Floor Toronto, ON M4R 1K8. 
• If paying the day of the event, please have your cheque or cash ready for quick submission
