A Family Adventure To Fundraise for Alzheimers

• Tax receipts will automatically be issued for donations of $20 or more 
• If paying by cheque, please make it payable to "Alzheimer Society of Toronto" and indicate "Gibbs Walk" as memo
• Please send cheques directly to:  20 Eglinton Avenue West, 16th Floor Toronto, ON M4R 1K8.
• Registrations start at 12:00 noon on the day of the event, come early to reduce the long line
• If paying on the day of the event, please have your cheque or cash ready for quick submission
• Supporters' names and addresses are requested to allow us to deliver tax receipts as necessary
